Her work focuses on the storytelling capabilities of the human figure and the portrait, inspired by the representation of the female body in art and what it means to take control of that narrative, as a female artist herself. Influenced by mythology, literature, and the classical artworks she grew up admiring, she reinterprets those traditions through a contemporary lens — finding beauty and relevance in the old while
